之前係大埔食過呢間越南菜,今次黎到慈雲山中心發現都開左一間,價錢唔算貴,份量都合理,所以再幫襯多次------1. 河內生牛肉湯河 7/10生牛肉呈半生熟狀態,自己決定佢幾熟,係熱辣辣的湯底慢慢灼熟,牛肉不失嫩滑口感,湯底都有越南風味,不過我覺得偏淡亦欠牛香,河粉顔色雪白,薄而滑,份量適中2. 蟹棒撈檬 7.5/10檬粉份量十足,爽口不過比較淡味,而配料都幾多,有青檸、紅蘿蔔絲、花生碎、炸蒜,配菜爽口,再加上酸甜惹味魚露,幾開胃,蟹棒雪味唔重,而且都有六條,整體口感清新👍🏻3. 咖哩雞飯 7/10咖哩色澤幾吸引,不過食落唔太辣同埋椰香味唔重,不過雞、薯仔都幾多,食哂好飽
