幾鍾意食佢嘅米線,因為佢唔會煮得太耐,所以本身都做得非常挺身,唔會太林嘅口感,喺火候方便都控制得幾好,當然唔少得佢最出名嘅春卷,我加咗少少佢本身餐廳嘅辣醬,所以令到成個味道更加突出,鍾意食辣嘅朋友都可以試吓,整體嚟講都覺得保持到一貫嘅水準,同其他分店都係差唔多!

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
