To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 5月4日,16:25踏入"五一"假期尾聲,天氣和心情不佳,因心裡惦記著五月中舉行的GZ Chinaplas2007。因要到"豆咖漿啡"買咖啡粉回深圳,順便到興華商場溜一溜,散散悶氣。最後到這裡來客下午茶。(祇在意那即磨咖啡)粟米:非超甜粟,但曾浸糖水,無feel。仿司華力腸:白水浸~~齋啡:即磨夠香濃,讚…讚。PS: 收銀仍是"雲遊",齋啡變咖啡,幸好被我在水吧更正。
