To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚與朋友大約6點到太興食飯，這是一間偶然會光顧的食店。但太興的燒味質素一向很飄忽，而且質素唔好的時候多於好的時候。所以我們多數不吃燒味，選吃小菜。杏仁豬肺燉湯每次來食太興都是同一個原因，為左飲佢的杏仁豬肺燉湯，呢個湯好好飲，裡面的湯料雖然唔多，不過就感覺好新鮮，豬肺亦洗得好乾淨。佢如果是套餐轉飲品是大約加$28。XO醬翠玉瓜蝦仁炒腰果呢個就上之好食啲，既然用到XO醬，就應該要食到XO醬的香，但係如果不看這碟餸，只食裡面的食物，是完全食唔出XO醬的味道。應該可能是XO醬唔夠多，或者呢隻牌子唔靚。蝦仁是普通雪藏蝦，普普通通; 翠玉瓜正常。至於腰果，如果鍾意食淋的腰果，會覺得唔錯;鍾意脆的，會覺得一般。另外，要提一提的是，呢個菜上菜的時間算是快，但個餸菜的溫度是是暖的，並非熱的。菠蘿咕嚕雞球呢個今晚煮得幾好食。雖然個菜名叫雞球，但個人而言，都幾唔鍾意啲雞球過大，今日呢個啲雞球體積唔大，什至似是雞柳，我反而幾鍾意。個脆漿唔會太厚，甜酸汁適中。菠蘿就應該是罐頭菠蘿。正正常常的一餐晚飯，味道不錯。有時你預計左個味道係咁，結果都係咁，雖然未必令你「驚喜」，但就不會「驚嚇」。
