最近見素菜咁流行,就諗住跟着潮流試下。咁啱見到屋企附近嘅波仔新出咗啲素食嘅菜式,估唔到都有啲驚喜! 葡汁雜菜飯入面嘅雜菜絕對唔膩,葡汁嘅份量啱啱好,好易入口同配飯。黑松露蘑菇意粉嘅黑松露味好濃,對比出面餐廳嘅意粉都毫不遜色。而且就算冇肉都完全唔覺。藜麥花椰菜飯個感覺都頗新鮮,好少會係出面食度,而且藜麥嘅口感好特別,感覺相對冇咁單調。而且我仲買咗個眷村蔥油餅,蔥油餅嘅外皮酥酥脆脆、內餡又充滿飽滿的蔥花及蔥香。無論當小食定正餐都一樣咁正,真係一試難忘吖。
