年初二與好友來一個簡單素食日,因為在農曆新年前夕同初一食得太多野,而且今晚我哋唔想太油膩,所以決定食一餐素食輕鬆一下。我哋就走到去佐敦近永安隔離嘅「大中華素食店」食晚飯,原來佢哋有做任食價錢都係每位118,我見到任何嘅食物選擇都好多,而且份量都好大碟,非常抵食。至於我哋就選擇咗單點,叫咗一窩「 竹笙四喜翅」,材料十足,味道跟真翅湯底非常似,食唔到有味精,好清甜美味。另外再叫了「 雲耳蒸雞煲仔飯」, 雖然係齋但係菇菌類都好似雞肉咁香滑,可口有飯香,感到非常健康,年初二來一個簡單又健康嘅開年飯。
