點了兩個附飲品的套餐,點了台灣鹽酥雞肉燥乾拌麵跟金吉檸檬和滷水雞翼便當,加古早味台式香腸跟黑糖珍珠豆奶。
鹽酥雞外脆肉嫰滑和入味,拌麵上的肉燥一小粒、一小粒,入口即溶,並且滷水味不太濃剛好,麵條也彈牙。加上金吉檸檬更清爽。
而滷水雞翼也不錯,肉質嫩滑!有蛋絲,粟米粒,粉絲,好豐富呢😋黑糖珍珠豆奶的甜度和豆奶比例剛好,不會只有甜味搶咗豆奶嘅鮮味。
香腸有點肥,但又好好味⋯⋯呀!點算好🤪
鹽酥雞做得最好👍🏻不肥膩,味道恰到好處,外脆內軟。不得不讚!

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme").
