To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚相約友在尖沙咀吃晚飯,整個晏晝的時間隨便到處逛逛,行累了就找間餐廳歇息一下,此刻心裡最想吃的是菠蘿油跟奶茶,便想去翠華吃。下午茶時段客人稀少,可隨意找張自己覺得合適的餐桌,侍應留意到有客人,即時迎接遞上了餐牌並推展有下午茶供應,我只翻過餐牌一會兒便點餐,點了香港既普遍又好吃的食物——菠蘿油、蛋撻以及奶茶。菠蘿油熱騰騰,夾入鮮牛油熱溶浸入包裡更香口美味,外皮脆口,吃入口外脆內軟,再配上奶茶更完美。蛋撻涼了,變相撻皮也開始有少許“林”,蛋味不太突出,整體味道普普通通。犬犬本身挺喜愛飲奶茶,可是港式奶茶往往味道偏向苦澀,茶濃味苦,失去了紅茶的香味,今次也不例外。記得有次出國旅行,始終不習慣外地的飲食文化,短短不足一星期的日子就已經思念香港地道菠蘿油和奶茶,雖是普通廉價的平民食物,但足以滿足自己的胃口,香港就是一個能夠鎖住你個胃的老婆。
