之前有位學生係灣仔返學,問佢個頭有乜食,就叫我去慶吉家,一定要食佢個豬排飯,去到依頭都幾多野食,最出名既華星都係到,去到門口見到橙色的招牌,就係到諗係咪食吉列豬既都係橙色同有個吉字鋪仔細細都係得幾張枱,兩位哥哥仔廚房樓面行出行份,我當然就聽話叫份咖哩豬排飯,上碟後係一份簡單平實的豬排飯,乜都冇的咖哩汁,另一邊係飯同豬排,我鍾意喎,簡簡單單不造作,日本人自己屋企整既咖哩咪就係咁簡單囉,日式咖哩的飯就一定珍珠米先好食,當然主角的吉列豬排果然唔錯,一d都唔厚的炸粉,有點似台式炸雞既口感,有鬆有脆唔係只係食粉,而內裏豬肉又嫩口,真係冇介紹錯
