To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇去過日本，約埋朋友去日本居酒屋朝聖，揀咗築地日本料理，位於銅鑼灣地理位置非常方便。一去到門口已經俾佢嘅日式擺設吸引，猶如置身日本一樣，即使平日客人都好多，要坐卡位一定要訂坐！落單嘅時候見到Menu花多眼亂，揀咗好耐，最後選擇左幾款非常吸引嘅美食都好，質素好好，推介俾大家。頭盤叫咗牛油果軟殼蟹沙律，軟殼蟹分量多牛油果🥑熟得啱啱好，作為頭盤非常開胃。煮食就叫咗海之逸魚生當，同埋黑蒜油豬軟骨拉麵，魚生飯刺身種類非常多，下面係壽司飯，仲有青瓜等等配菜，整體非常不錯(*¯︶¯*)拉麵意外地高質，湯底黑蒜油味非常濃烈，豬完骨淋身有彈性，拉麵質素可以媲美拉麵店小食就一定要叫嘅，芝士蛋卷同雞卷都非常出色。芝士蛋卷好粥了，除咗蛋之外入邊仲有芝士，食起嚟有飽足感之餘仲好邪惡添。芝士雞卷外皮炸得非常趣，雞肉入面仲卷左青瓜等等餡料，味道口感都平衡得好好。
