Restaurant: Tsing Shan Wan Seafood Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左叉燒餐包及煎堆，侍應表示已落單，等半小時後，見到有一車煎堆推出黎，但並冇送餐過黎，我地即刻問部長跟進order，隔左陣侍應話已經冇晒，車煎堆係有人落左單，但明明我地半個鐘前都有落單其實如果冇，可以一早同客人講，而非要人坐係度呆等半小時，再自己跟進先敷衍你話冇晒浪費大家時間事後部長態度亦十分惡劣，只不斷重覆冇晒，只係做咁多份出黎，冇晒都冇辦法，仲叫我自己去門口寫紙仔要求改善，一副唔覺得無啦啦令人呆等半個鐘有問題ge樣其他食物味道中等，但服務太大問題，可免則免

事後部長態度亦十分惡劣，只不斷重覆冇晒，只係做咁多份出黎，冇晒都冇辦法，仲叫我自己去門口寫紙仔要求改善，一副唔覺得無啦啦令人呆等半個鐘有問題ge樣
