To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間係老牌嘅連鎖式酒樓,其實由細飲到大,亦都睇住佢愈做愈差。員工服務態度愈來愈差,樓面同收銀個個黑口黑面不單只,而且質素愈來愈低,連安排位置都吾識。下午茶時段,入席率都吾夠3分1,格硬要4位吾相識嘅客人迫埋同1張細圓枱,根本吾夠位擺野食。食吾哂嘅野食,問樓面拎膠袋,有d當聽吾到,有d當睇吾到你,問左四五個都冇人應你,然後到有人理你時,職員話下午茶拎走要收正價,膠袋亦要收費。出街飲食咁多年,除左自助餐同$1堂食優惠係吾可以打包,第一次聽到下午茶係咁限制,而且所謂下午茶亦吾係真係好平,吾比客人拎走好吾合理,入席時亦冇講過下午茶吾可以拎走。而家度度都講緊環保,竟然仲有呢d咁吾環保嘅食市迫客人去浪費食物。
