To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 筲箕灣東大街一向餐廳林立，最近發現了一間新開的咖啡店，被它清雅及舒適的裝修吸引著，平時坐在茶餐廳等仔放學的我，忍不住要入去試試。因第一次光顧，還是叫一些簡單穩陣的食物試試。最後決定要一份蕃茄芝士牛角包及一杯熱Latte.一看到這份蕃茄芝士牛角包，已經被它可愛的賣相吸引。包身夠脆；蕃茄肉厚；芝士亦新鮮，連畔碟的生菜也很爽脆，實在驚喜。即時叫多份外賣俾仔仔放學吃。這杯熱Latte 也是有heart之作。不但香滑夠熱，而且還透出淡淡的藍莓味，相信是店家特有的配方。這家咖啡店環境舒靜，既有大自然開放特色；也有很多可愛獨特的亮點，實在是熱鬧繁盛的東大街中的一個小綠洲。價錢方面只是街坊價。蕃茄芝士牛角包$28。熱 Latte $32。性价比很高，一定會再來。
