筲箕灣呢個潮汕和牛雞煲 食完成個人都暖笠笠!

天氣一凍,就心思思想食啲暖身嘢,專登走咗去筲箕灣嘅「喜亭軒」會一會佢哋個招牌潮汕雪花和牛雞煲。點知一試難忘,個味道濃郁到呢,返到屋企都仲掛住!

個煲一上枱,已經聞到陣濃烈嘅藥材同沙茶香,仲有啲微微嘅胡椒辛香,未食已經流晒口水!揭開煲蓋,見到鋪到滿滿嘅和牛同雞件,仲有啲枝竹、冬菇喺底,吸盡精華,睇見都覺得滿足。

首先試咗件雪花和牛先,油脂分布靚到不得了,輕輕一淥已經食得。入口即化嘅牛油香,同個潮汕湯底出奇地夾,濃得嚟唔會搶咗牛本身嘅鮮味,真係食到唔停得口!至於啲雞件呢,肉質滑溜得嚟夠實淨,完全唔「霉」,索咗湯底之後更加惹味,咬落去仲有肉汁滲出嚟,正到呢!

個湯底先係精髓,飲一啖,暖意即刻由個肚湧上嚟,藥材同香料嘅平衡做得好好,唔會得個鹹字,飲完個喉嚨好舒服,成個人即刻冇咁凍。

食到尾聲,加個即食麵落去煮,吸晒啖啖精華湯汁,簡直係完美收尾。今次之後,已經決定要將呢個煲列入我冬日必食清單!
