聽介紹,用咗肇慶市封開縣嘅杏花雞,廣東三大名雞之首💁🏻‍♂️

Chicken Liver Pate (高濃度雞肝醬)
濃郁雞肝醬,配香脆嘅麵包,口感同味道都唔錯!仲有d紅菜頭醬,減輕內臟味👌🏻

Oven Baked Chicken (烤杏花雞肉)
上枱先用特選嘅wisky點火灑上慢煮過嘅雞表面,去皮拆骨,再用松果木煙燻。口感連雞胸都係嫩滑,配以青檸鹽及喜馬拉雅山礦物鹽醃製,提升雞原味層次,佩服廚師花嘅心機同設計🙇🏻‍♂️


Chicken-skin Oil Rice (雞皮油香飯)
部分雞皮會再焗至金脆,以瓦煲將雞油精華炊成泰香米飯。開蓋再灑上自家調製醬汁。口感豐富,隔雜脆雞皮、滑嘅雞肉、有咬口嘅飯😉

Grilled cuttlefish with alloli
依個墨魚粒超級好食,每粒係好滑好軟;個醬蒜味又香、味道帶少少辣🤌🏻
