To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上次食完覺得個鹵脾便當好正,所以再黎,點知中伏,個杯飲品簡直失望,好難飲,加左糖先飲到,仲要冇玫瑰味,同普通烏龍茶一樣。好彩個鹵脾同炸脾加返分,不過服務就唔太好,無咩客人都好想趕客走咁,我食完都唔敢坐咁耐,急急走人。百芳炸雞腿便當炸脾幾吸引,都炸得好香脆,特別係邊位,唔算油膩,而且雞肉嫩有肉汁,都幾好味,有3款配菜同半隻鹵蛋。粉絲一樣咁入味同香,菜也乾淨好味,辣菜圃好脆口,拌飯好味。百芳鹵雞排便當同上次一樣咁正,雞排鹵得入味,肉質嫩滑,連皮都爽滑不膩。炸花枝丸普通左d,炸得好乾硬,味道偏咸,也唔抵食。玫瑰鐵觀音茶拿鐵我要正常甜的凍飲,但飲左2啖都唔覺甜,係無糖咁嘅味,問完再次確認呢杯飲品正常係甜。但店員無換俾我,我就擔心被加料,所以接受左佢俾一杯糖漿我,自行加甜。甜度都可以接受佢整錯,但完全無玫瑰味。南投桂花烏龍好香清新桂花香,有淡淡烏龍茶香,無糖都好飲,微微茶甘。

炸脾幾吸引,都炸得好香脆,特別係邊位,唔算油膩,而且雞肉嫩有肉汁,都幾好味,有3款配菜同半隻鹵蛋。粉絲一樣咁入味同香,菜也乾淨好味,辣菜圃好脆口,拌飯好味。
