最近喺銅鑼灣食咗間幾好食嘅日韓餐廳,同大家分享下🤪

🐮壽喜燒和牛三筋肉棉花糖

平時壽喜燒個汁會加糖調味,佢地就用左棉花糖,令視覺更加有趣😁而個汁鹹甜適中。

牛肉有筋腱,口感有腍又少少爽口,加上蛋同白飯,味道上豐富得嚟又夾。😙

肉質幾彈牙,牛味同油脂感都突出。🤓


🦐大蝦

重點真係好粗好大隻,口應非常彈牙札實,仲有蝦膏。🤩


🐓韓式炸雞 (半隻)

外皮都香脆,肉質算嫩。😇


🍜炸醬麵

炸醬味道甜甜哋,唔會太濃;麵好彈牙,烹調時間掌握得不錯。😌
