To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興早排時間,推銷現金卷,畀$1000現金,可有$1150啲現金卷,計落大概88折,所以家人買左一啲,用嚟買燒臘食品,或盤菜用因要祭祖,所以一星期前,在太興預訂了一隻乳豬在荃灣分店取,10:00到荃灣分店,乳豬已預備好乳豬用一個大硬的袋裝起,size畀一般乳豬大,燒得好靚,同好香,坐車時,其他人都話好香祭祖完後,家人帶回隻乳豬去太興,本想只叫他們幫忙切開六大份,等我地容易分派,讓每家人可以帶一份回家,點知燒臘哥哥好貼心,佢話幫我地切件,分幾個外賣盒,真係要畀個讚佢乳豬燒得金黃色,唔會太肥,皮同肉中間脂肪唔多,可能時間長左,皮已唔太脆口,但肉質好嫩滑,蘸少許乳豬醬,仍然非常美味

乳豬燒得金黃色,唔會太肥,皮同肉中間脂肪唔多,可能時間長左,皮已唔太脆口,但肉質好嫩滑,蘸少許乳豬醬,仍然非常美味
