老公話對跑鞋跑蝕晒,賢妻良母嘅我當然阿陪佢出旺角揀跑鞋啦。不過買鞋前一定要醫醫肚先,我就帶老公去我最鍾意嘅旺角餐廳 - 蟲二。蟲二喺上海街618號,呢幢經活化後嘅歷史大廈,只係朗豪坊隔離,非常方便,入面有唔少本地自創品牌,搭𨋢上到頂層就係蟲二。入到去會見到好多植物,估唔到係旺角鬧市會見到咁綠化嘅餐廳。今次係喵奴第三次去食,每次水準都如往常一樣高。今次喵奴叫咗:一汁三菜 便當 $150入面包括有漬物(川味香菇、青瓜漬、柚子蓮藕片)、慢煮蛋、主菜係西京箱漬燒鯖魚,再配上鰹魚昆布高湯同日本穀米御飯。便當可以「二食」,首先大家可以先將一半高湯倒落米飯,配以主菜(鯖魚)進食。鯖魚好足份量,原來要用西京調醬,再醃製12小時,再拎去蒸烤,難怪唔同平時食開嘅鯖魚咁「乾爭爭」。食到一半,再將漬物同慢煮蛋撈入飯內,再將淨低嘅高湯倒埋落飯度食,喵奴最愛咁食,因為慢煮蛋混入飯內,飯香更重,仲有好惹味嘅漬物,簡直係味蕾盛宴!桂花麻糬傳統班戟食完主菜就叫職員上甜品。麻糬班戟係呢度嘅「皇牌」,我每次嚟都會食。今次叫桂花味,味道好清新,又唔會太甜,班戟口感綿密,入面有QQ麻糬,非常煙韌,伴碟仲有桂花粒同生果,甜甜地又

洛神花檸檬紫梳打
紫色真係好夢幻呢!原來係加入蝶豆花,再加入微微檸檬酸味,同埋洛神花嘅香味,食完班戟再飲真係perfect match!
