To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次去食跑馬地地街市,地點是友人食過話好味的銖記﹗呢度個menu就係大賣呢個飽魚王子輝哥,我唔知佢係乜水,不過都影低佢啦﹗呢度最出名應該係食翅,我地就叫番一盅兩個人share,有味精,幾咸,翅當然不多,盛惠70大元﹗點了兩個送,一個XO醬炒魷筒,少少辣,幾野味,亦都幾大碟所以都係食唔哂,三四個人share會更好﹗另外一個係咩濃情菇菇炒豬面燈,就係見佢個名夠哂騎呢先叫,好好咬口及彈牙0的豬燈,送酒佳品﹗價錢都不平呢度,始終都係高尚地點,不過人一世物一世都試一次啦﹗
