喺附近做嘢得半個鐘頭食飯,之後就趕去下一場,最快嘅飯就梗係燒味飯,見到間餐廳新裝修,講明自己嘅燒味係用燒鵝,而且入邊嘅客都好多,令到我有信心,所以就試咗間餐廳,結果都冇令到我失望我朋友叫咗碟肥叉乳豬飯,見到肥叉燒油脂分布均勻,咬落去齒頰留香,唔會起渣,乳豬個外皮好脆口,皮下脂肪入口即溶不可不提係佢嘅乳豬醬,真係想叫多碗白飯呢度最出名就梗係食燒鵝啦,我就豪啲成隻脾食,咬落去有好特別嘅煙熏味,燒鵝皮夠薄夠脆!
