To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見OpenRice啲食評一般,諗住小籠包擔擔麵咁簡單嘅嘢應該難食極都有限…. 疫情之前成日都會幫襯佢其他分店冇諗過真係中伏叫咗個四起烤夫,比較硬,雖然味道可以但口感太差擔擔麵呢個先至出奇,人生第一次食到咁難食嘅擔擔麵,辣到咩咁,越食越辣,個湯全部都係辣椒碎同辣椒籽,食唔到花生味,肉碎也沒有。但我太肚餓,所以都食咗,擔擔麵都咁..換其他嘢都唔覺會好得去邊。擔擔麵裏面有咁多辣椒籽已經好神奇。個小籠包又係,蒸完裏面的肉都是紅色的,以為未熟,好似平時啲雪藏豬肉咁,蒸極都係紅色,但店員解釋係啲豬肉醃料做成。究竟點樣醃先至會搞到啲肉蒸完都變咗紅色?雖然員工服務幾好,但而家食物出品太差了所以唔好問點解D食肆執笠….

叫咗個四起烤夫,比較硬,雖然味道可以但口感太差

擔擔麵呢個先至出奇,人生第一次食到咁難食嘅擔擔麵,辣到咩咁,越食越辣,個湯全部都係辣椒碎同辣椒籽,食唔到花生味,肉碎也沒有。但我太肚餓,所以都食咗,擔擔麵都咁..換其他嘢都唔覺會好得去邊。擔擔麵裏面有咁多辣椒籽已經好神奇。
