夜晚九點,想食D熱呼呼既野。

開頭去左7仔,見到佢暖櫃有腸粉,就諗到寶達街市入面呢間:(一直未試過)即做即蒸腸粉既食店

之前有朋友介紹過,話食咩腸粉都一定要加蛋

所以最後叫左冬菇瘦肉腸($28)加蛋(加$3)。

睇到入面既姐姐係落order即整既大概5分鐘內就ok,好快手

豉油係另外上既,腸粉塞滿盒入面九成既空間,好有份量。

雖然以前未食過,但加蛋真係好特別好正,蛋漿同腸粉既米漿一齊蒸,蒸既過程,兩樣野成形合體。一層黃一層白,蛋口感較硬,腸粉軟嫩,層次好豐富

而蛋香,米香,加上冬菇同肉香,仲有豉油+蔥花,意外混合出,有D似煲仔飯既味道好食既

呢個鐘數,即整腸粉,仲咁多,$31好抵食。宜家差唔多11點仲好飽
