To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次在此食晚餐,由於星期六,我們一行五人一來怕無位,所以當日早點訂位,而且六點就開動,由於時間尚早,去到時得一兩枱客,不過過左陣,啲人慢慢到齊,唔洗一小時已經坐滿曬了由於第一次食,無特別叫啲價價菜式,當日我想叫扁皮鴨一味兩食,可惜當日無曬叫左滷水豬手作小食,意想不到都有好多隻,我一人都食了至小5隻,而且好入味,仲有小小酒香再叫了咕嚕肉,叫的時候都冇咩為意,以後普通咕嚕肉,但黎到原來類似拔絲肉同甜番薯,真係超級好味,好想再食另外叫左魚,蒸到岩岩好,好滑上湯魚腐菜,都好好味,而且好大碟同兩隻乳鴿,唔算好大隻,不過炸得好香!最後仲送紅豆沙,唔似平時啲紅豆沙一個水字,食到有豆、果皮、蓮子同百合,好濃又唔算好甜依間真係好驚喜,每人二百左右,真係會再試
