To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 端午節行到海運大廈,終於試了牛角。我們點了:燒肉五品盛合。𥚃面有豬頸肉,雞肉,牛舌,西冷,牛脊肉。太咸沒有肉味。豕肉焼有東亞咭半價,份量小,味道普通。芝士雞腿肉,有東亞咭半價,也是太咸香蔥辣油牛舌。都是有東亞咭半價。是餐前小食,牛舌比較硬。最後叫了綠茶牛角雪糕,好味,雪糕加上黑糖和黃豆粉很夾
