To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實提起富臨集團,唔使我多講,都知一定好食😋呢,因為酒樓來講佢哋都算出咗名。晏晝去酒樓通常都係會食點心多,不過聽聞佢哋新推出左一度菜式,叫跳舞雞,聽個名係咪好特別呢。加上裏面嘅夥計服務都非常之好,環境舒服衛生。蘿蔔絲酥蘿蔔絲大大條,外皮酥皮鬆脆,加上即整,所以新鮮滾熱辣上枱,食完又回味嘅感覺,值得推介👍🏻跳舞雞上枱已經好特別,皮脆肉滑,多汁,非常嘢味。流心奶黃包熱辣辣鬆軟饅頭,流心奶黃唔太甜。有機野米炒飯主要菇菌類為主,飯粒彈牙。保利茶非常細心,會用蠟燭keep住個茶熱。#富臨皇宮

蘿蔔絲酥
蘿蔔絲大大條,外皮酥皮鬆脆,加上即整,所以新鮮滾熱辣上枱,食完又回味嘅感覺,值得推介👍🏻

上枱已經好特別,皮脆肉滑,多汁,非常嘢味。

流心奶黃包
熱辣辣鬆軟饅頭,流心奶黃唔太甜。

有機野米炒飯

非常細心,會用蠟燭keep住個茶熱。
