Restaurant: Woodlands Indian Vegetarian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼續素食奇妙之旅!看了報紙的報導,所以去了Woodland 試試!叫了三個菜式,第一個係Dahi Barbara Puri 面頭有些童星點心麵的脆脆,個base係乳酪同埋一些香料造成第一個小食,酸酸辣辣好口胃。之後一個是Masala Dosa,好大好誇張,個餅好鬆脆,可以配上三個醬汁,最大碗的那個最好味,之後另外兩個一個比較辣,另一個應該有薄荷的味道,反而內𥚃的薯仔較為失色。最後一道為vegetables Biryani ,d飯可能比較碎,幸好有個咖喱汁配。可能口味上平時較少食南印度菜,總覺得北面的會啱自己口味
