上次係澳門食過一之次澳門菜之後,同男友係香港見到有,都決定試一試。係YOHO入面既亞蘇爾門面新派,座位舒適,朋友或家庭聚餐都好適合。我地點左一個葡式烤乳豬、鵝肝焗鴨飯&焦糖葡撻首先上菜既係鵝肝焗鴨飯一塊完整既鵝肝同埋一片片既鴨肉之外放係焗飯上面, 飯入面仲加入左橄欖粒, 同粒粒都包滿醬汁既飯好夾, 可以話係LEVEL UP左成個飯。之後黎到既係葡式烤乳豬烤至金黃色既乳豬, 配菜薯角同埋烤過既三色椒, 用鮮黃色既碟, 色彩繽紛到「見」得到既好味。男友急不及待試完第一件,即刻叫我快啲試下!乳豬皮好脆, 除左皮下既油脂, 肉入面既肥膏極少, 入口都唔會漏! 比起港式乳豬, 呢個真係另一件事!而最後既焦糖葡撻男朋友好喜歡, 多層酥皮,造到酥脆口感!蛋醬香濃,加上面頭既焦糖!YUM YUM YUM!好味到男朋友決定外賣兩個😂
