荃灣西原來已經進化到有咁多咁靚嘅酒吧餐廳,平時太少入嚟荃灣區,今日就當自己大鄉里出城享受Happy Monday。呢度環境真係好好,昏而不暗,靜而不寂,無論兩個人定一大班朋友都好適合嚟。同朋友各自叫咗一個Main Course,加$50就可以轉做Set Menu,有齊沙律,湯,餐包,飲品同甜品。沙律菜因為淋上黑醋嘅關係變得好fresh,去卻咗菜本身嘅臭青味,而且有啲好特別嘅芝士粒。湯好足料,好厚身估計用上大量薯仔同磨姑blend開先有咁綿密嘅效果。餐包一啲都唔姑寒,提供咗幾個不同款式,另上橄欖油同黑醋。先來第一個Main Course德國豬手:侍應哥哥好識做會問咗要唔要影相先,影完佢地先拎返入廚房比師傅切開。豬手好多骨膠原,外層好煙韌,內裡都好嫩滑,唔太過油亦都唔會過咸;份量唔話得,因為真係好大份,兩個人分都食唔曬。第二個Main Course威靈頓三文魚扒:所謂威靈頓三文魚扒即是焗酥皮三文魚卷。酥皮無因為三文魚嘅水份而變腍,亦有好香嘅牛油味。三文魚口味比較濃,我諗因為酥皮本身都係麵粉味同牛油香,夾埋一齊食反而啱啱好。不過我上網睇威靈頓三文魚扒係有菠菜,呢度就無放菠菜,我建議要加返,因

飲品除咗普遍可以飲到嘅茶同咖啡之後,都有好多specialty drinks,今次叫咗個Mojito Mocktail,友人就叫咗個Macchiato,好飲就好飲,不過下次一定要叫返啲cocktail,因為見到隔離台叫嘅cocktail present得好靚,影相一流!

總結呢間餐廳為呢個舊區加上咗一份年青休閒嘅感覺,會令我想繼續發掘呢區嘅餐廳!
