食左個沙律, 唔得 - Cheese 冇味, ham 唔香.
南瓜湯 - 正確講係南瓜水, 質地錯, 味都錯埋, 點解冇南瓜
羊架 - 用水滾個泥?? 冇肉羊味....其實塊急凍牌係唔錯, 不過就唔識煮. 我要 Medium Well, 佢整到 well done.
遊歷南半球, 食盡西式餐飲, 呢間我只可以講真係普通 (人地仲要做生意)
Wait staff 太冇經驗, 上菜都未識....
Its another disappointing trip to KLN, this is just way under my expectation, and cant event finish half of the meal. Please build from the foundation; choose the right music, train your wait staff, salad to main courses control the quality, ask a professional for tasting. Wish you can survive in this competitive industry. All the best.
