過去好燒味嘅飯都係偏凍,今次佢反而叮過龍,個飯盒非常辣手
好燒味嘅核彈叉燒飯相當出色,相信以口感滑嫩見稱嘅羊肩肉都唔會令我失望吧...

微羶、有細筋嘅羊肩肉,徒有叉燒色,但完冇吸收到叉燒醬嘅濃蜜香味
肉嘅份量只有核蛋叉飯嘅75%,就算店員俾多左幾匙燒味汁,都唔夠送飯呀呀呀

總評:The lamb shoulder char siu at Good BBQ is a mistake. Stick with pork by all means.
