在銅鑼灣新開張的人氣super don,有別於一般只賣刺身飯的餐廳,丼飯選擇多元化,有生有熟,最重要係款款都高質。今次嚟到就想試吓三色吞拿魚飯同燒鵝肝飯。鋪頭細細,但座位都算闊落,餐廳裝潢簡約光猛。跟餐有面豉湯同蟹肉沙律,沙律菜從雪櫃裏拿出來,很冰凍。灑點醋在沙律上調味,有開胃作用。面豉湯內有很多香蔥腐皮海帶,面豉味香濃,是暖肚佳品。一見到燒鵝肝飯已經雙眼發光,因為第二度真係冇見過!其實佢仲有另一款推介,香蔥A5和牛卷丼,不過要我喺和牛同鵝肝之間取捨,當然係揀鵝肝啦!鵝肝份量比想像中要多,厚切鵝肝表面份外香脆,中間軟心夾層,還呈粉紅色,燒汁帶少許甜,配飯可中和油膩感,很搭配!珍珠米顆顆分明,煙韌有嚼勁,連我不喜嗅米氣的都把飯吃光光。三色吞拿魚丼也很妙,伴有漬物黃瓜、牛蒡和蒜頭,有我最愛的吞拿魚蓉、吞拿魚和拖羅。大拖羅油份爆燈,油脂香味滲滿口。吞拿魚蓉夾雜香蔥撈飯吃,最有風味。刺身夠新鮮,賣相精緻,值得一讚。當然不少得來一個燒雞泡魚干的小吃,燒焦程度剛好,魚味香又不乾。吃飽真是大滿足!
