To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得兩年前去台灣無意中食過呢個充滿幸福感既牛丼之後就念念不忘 一直都想encore😍 估唔到宜家香港都有得食 不過當然貴好多 果邊50幾蚊 呢度加埋一差唔多要$100💩 之前初初開成日好多人排隊所以等宜家熱潮減退先試😛牛角次男坊丼 $88牛肉既疊法同台灣有分別架 呢度係將牛肉打直貼服喺牛肉山上面(其實裏面係芽菜山) 台灣就hea少少就咁一片疊一片層層疊😂 牛肉有相當厚度同脂肪😇 吸收左燒肉汁鹹鹹甜甜既味道唔算太dry 加上佢本身既牛油香 係幾惹味😍 呢點比台灣果間優勝 不過肉質有少少韌同筋位較多敗北在於芽菜 上次食條條都係超肥大 咬落飽滿爽口爆汁 撈埋燒肉汁同白飯成件事係昇華左❤ 呢隻芽菜係煮到淋曬扁曬塌曬身又唔吸汁同個飯唔夾很fail🌚 醬汁都唔係好夠 米飯亦都冇上次咁香綿咁索汁 完全食唔返果種幸福感😟 最後一個fail位係香蔥愛好者表示太少蔥 上次d蔥滿到山泥傾瀉架😍鹽燒牛舌丼 $78一片片薄牛舌切成花形 燒得幾入味 牛舌香同牛油香都keep到😊
