屋企人join咗做member,呢日就去咗稻香訓練酒樓食晚餐。我哋仲有食其他嘢,不過只係影咗幾種咋。杏汁燉潤肺。 侍應仲特登舀咗碟湯渣出嚟,就咁睇個湯除咗用杏汁同豬肺之外,仲有雞腳、瘦肉,飲落清甜。冰鎮咕嚕肉,都係第一次咁樣凍食咕嚕肉,個原理有少少似拔絲香蕉,冰塊令外皮幾脆,入面嘅肉質嫩滑,就連伴碟嘅切粒生果表層都有糖衣包住,都幾得意。冰燒三層肉,個賣相麻麻哋,不過豬皮都算燒得脆卜卜。唔知係唔係因為呢間係佢哋嘅訓練酒樓,程序上會比平時執得嚴謹啲,我覺得好似比出面啲稻香分店好少少。
