To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃太多次重慶雞煲總會厭,但 又不想回到一般火鍋湯底的味道,朋友就推薦我嘗試這個新推出的椰子雞煲火鍋。本人對椰子感覺一般, 屬於可免則免, 但又想不出有什麼好吃的可以拉走朋友,結果就半推半就地進入了稻香。但一試之下馬上就發覺人真的要嘗試新事物, 哈哈!此湯雖清但有甘甜味道, 椰子味不會太重, 雞肉雖有點骨但肉質不錯, 而最出色就是隨雞附送既醬料,令你完全不想理會一般火鍋的醬油, 無論夾什麼都會轉用新款醬料,其他配料食物新鮮, 擺好後不禁拍多幾幅照片,侍應姐姐的服務也不錯, 有禮貌, 這點加很多分,下次還會再想嘗試, 希望能夠保持此品質。
