今天有國內朋友來港工幹,約我聚一聚食晚餐,他住的酒店附近有一家私房菜,名叫如意冰室,朋友想試下地道的小炒,就選了這間食晚餐。每天都有不同老火湯,今晚就有冬瓜湯,鮮甜美味!薑蔥焗桶蠔:用高質的美國桶蠔,蠔肉大隻肥美,蠔味比較濃,將蠔沾粉漿炸過,再用薑蔥爆香回鑊煮至收汁,大隻又厚身的蠔,美味得食不停口!蔥爆粉絲蝦煲:蝦爽口彈牙,粉絲吸收了蝦的鮮味,十分惹味,如果粉絲多返d就好了。京都焗肉排:肉排有口感不鞋口,酸甜獻汁調得適當,送飯最好!酸菜魚:雪白的魚肉已去骨,啖啖肉好嫩滑,湯底酸酸辣辣,加入酸菜、芽菜、豆卜等,材料吸收了湯汁很惹味!
