程班長剛登陸香港時,在食評的真假上起過一番風兩,誰是誰非,不得而知。事過境遷,她依然屹立於銅鑼灣,我都係時候要見證一下。紅燒牛肉麵($42)→之前有睇過食評話好油,但我果碗就唔係好油。傳來的香味令我想起"滿漢大餐",但牛肉就不夠"滿漢大餐"的好食,湯底亦不夠濃味,唯一可取的是麵條,整體來說,拍馬都未能追得上台北的"老董牛肉麵"炸醬麵($36)→麵條好,炸醬亦調得好味,如果肉可以腍一點就更好。酥炸排骨($28)→原來係一件豬扒,仲要係薄切,唔夠酥,好一般。唔可以話好差,但唔算得上好,可能是地區關係,價錢略為貴一點。
