北海道之旅後開啟了對海鮮的慾望其實香港人也不愁找不到靚海鮮但熱石燒海鮮倒是稀有T.O.P 頂樓 柞木炭家新推出 #春之石海鮮盛打頭陣就是見店員在爐上舖上熱石燒熱後即可開動石、燒、海、鮮!海鲜拼盤包括鮑魚、貴妃蚌、沙白與扇貝第一次玩石燒有點措手不及但店員超親切,主動幫手燒石燒傳熱快,基本上很快便能燒好開動!感覺海鮮能套餐還有壽喜燒和牛、牛小排及醬油五花肉換上網爐就可以燒了結尾是人蔘雞湯用烏雞值得一讚,肉質也超鮮嫩der 最後亦要提提個甜品餐廳說是signature item上枱是焦糖燒香蕉與布丁兩款都超有誠意!
