今晚在約了朋友在銅鑼灣聚會,行完利舞臺,知道樓上有很多餐廳,見到有一間利寶閣,以為是吃點餐中菜,上到去發現原來是中菜任點任吃,平日日本餐、韓國餐任吃就見得多,中菜任吃真的第一次見,就決定試試。每位客人都有一份花膠響螺雞湯、原隻鮑魚花菇、奄仔蟹一隻,只是這三款已值回票價,點餐紙上還有多款煎、炒、煮、炸、炆、烤、焗等多款菜式,還有我最喜愛的片皮鴨,。花膠響螺雞湯 – 沒有味精,味道濃,滋陰補腎,清肝潤肺原隻鮑魚花菇 – 鮑魚份量十足,口感煙韌彈牙奄仔蟹 – 我點了雞油花雕酒,酒味很重,蟹肉肉質吃來細緻鮮腴帶清香,每隻都很多膏,非常飽滿。燒乳鴿 – 平日外面單點一隻都要4-50元,乳鴿肉嫩鮮美,帶點野味香,表皮炸得酥脆油亮,撕開雞皮時,肉汁從中滲出來。片皮鴨 – 大約半小時出爐一次,片皮脆,肉嫰滑,油脂香。
