To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 秋風起梗係食蛇羹啦,今日過開香港區經過蛇王芬間老店心思思就同老公去試。內裏橫裝海報還保留了中國嘅風采。唔去食都唔知原來除咗蛇羹同臘味飯原來仲有好多小菜,燉湯同炒粉麵飯選擇。嚟到梗係要食去出名嘅蛇羹啦。份量都算大碗面頭還鋪滿了我最喜愛食嘅脆脆片,仲有唔少得嘅檸檬葉。餡料都算足,每一啖都充滿蛇同冬菇,木耳、雞絲,芡水方面唔會太杰身都唔會水流流。晚飯時間梗係要食埋小炒同小菜,嗌咗個京都焗肉排,冇諗過豬扒咁厚身段估應該都有三塊再切開。甜甜酸酸嘅咕嚕汁好開胃味道啱啱好每一件豬扒都掛滿醬汁加埋豬扒邊嘅少少肥夠晒淋好好食。有蛇羹有肉梗係要嗌多個碟頭粉啦,呢個星洲炒米好耐冇食,唔係度度都炒得有香,估唔到除咗顏色夠吸引辣味及咖喱味都好香濃最想講嘅係碟底一啲都唔油
