To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舊同僚聚會安排在侧魚涌富嘉閣,記得上次在這店晚飯已經是去年底的事,還記得上次是吃煀鯉魚。今次也不例外,也有點鯉魚,不過是羊魚鮮會,真的有驚喜,鯉魚公的鮮味加上羊腩的味道,配合得很好,羊腩多且炇得又唸又入味,超正,這入冬菜色是必叫的。此外,蟹粉百花鷄和香煎蓮藕餅也做得非常好,蟹粉又鮮又多,蝦膠有口感,雞只有肉無骨,好好食。蓮藕餅煎得好香,蓮藕爽口,感覺極佳。不過太史三蛇𡙡則蛇肉較小和上枱時温度不夠熱,有改善空間。
