呢間《皇軒私房菜》應該唔系開左太耐,今次都系經朋友介紹先識黎,餐廳系柯士甸路一幢商業大廈,地方唔大,可以serve到既客人唔多,但甘樣可以更好地控制食品質素。價錢對比一般同類型私房菜差唔多,但食物質素就幾好,所以都算有性價比。時令燉湯 (98) - 主要湯料有蟲草花、紅棗、雞、豬肉等等,用料充足,味道鮮甜。炸bb鴿 (88) - 紅燒乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,又多肉汁,食落好香口,但滷水汁應該要再濃少少。神草蒸比目魚 (168/例) - 用豆豉蒸比目魚比較少見,但又幾夾,比目魚肉質非常幼嫩,有種入口即溶既感覺,而且魚脂香味幾重。杞子海蔘浸時蔬 (78) - 海蔘夠爽身,而時蔬應該系將大白菜既菜秆切條浸上湯,香甜得黎又夠爽口,幾有意思。菊花豆腐花 (48) - 將平滑既豆腐花細刀切成花狀,就好似一朵菊花甘,令人賞心悅目,食落都開心啲。至於糖水底系以冰糖煮成,微甜唔太膩。
