今日同朋友2人短暫飯聚,搵到呢間串燒居酒屋,午市定食其實都好吸引抵食,但又想食好少少,叫左2人串燒餐,可以試多幾款食物款式。鋪仔細細但座位闊落,枱數唔多,唔怕人流太多的風險。刺身有三文魚,油甘魚同牡丹蝦,整體都好新鮮,蝦肉係透光玻璃色,鮮甜彈牙,油甘魚油脂香味好濃,齒頰留香。自家制豆腐好大份,外皮燒得香脆,內裡保留到幼滑質感,比普通燒豆卜的確更勝一籌。巨峰梳打同青檸梳打,味道清爽,同串燒好夾。燒雞翼燒得好好,皮夠脆,醃製味道剛剛好,有肉汁。蘆筍豚肉卷燒得好香,蘆筍夠嫩無筋,而且juicy, 有豚脂香味,味道更加有層次。主角橫格肌燒好有創意心思,右一黑芝麻醬,右二蜜糖,左一香蔥蒜蓉,左二山葵洋蔥,我覺得最特出係黑芝麻醬,同牛肉出奇咁夾,比白芝麻更香濃,牛肉肉質好嫩又多汁,係高水準牛肉之作。最後熱烏冬亦彈牙暖胃。服務周到,價錢相宜,係想靜靜地嘆清酒串燒嘅好地方。
