上星期公司特別週年安排,4點半已經放咗工,成班同事話即興放題,揾下揾下就揀咗呢間神戶屋。我地6點倒開始入去,首輪刺身就選擇了三文魚、甜蝦、希靈魚、八爪魚和鮑片等刺身。先講三文魚,口感一流而且入口即融,將大大舊厚切嘅三文魚放入口,頓時有股魚鮮從喉嚨湧上頭頂。其實呢種感覺並唔誇張,日本漁市場經常都會揾倒,神户屋既師傅不計成本,採用最上乘既三文魚腩做刺身,從而帶出豐富而不油膩既效果。此外,師傳係希靈魚的選材都別有心思,他們在處理希靈魚時,絕對唔會用一啲雪氣好重,好似一般廉價壽司咁雪到乾晒水既刺身,所以一放入口,希靈魚就唔會有仼何腥同埋淋晒嘅感覺。既爽口又有鮮味既希靈魚呈現係我地眼前。貼心既神户屋係刺身既選擇上都顧及咗我地既需要,有頭甜蝦與甜蝦都非常新鮮,同事鐘意啜埋蝦頭,濃濃既蝦膏源源不絕咁流出黎,睇倒佢個滿足樣,我地都不禁笑咗出黎。最後,自己由細到大都好鐘意食三文魚,不停咁加單叫火炙三文魚壽司同刺身,野食都保持水準同埋好快到,真心抵讚。
