放題餐廳越開越多,競爭也越來越大,大家都絞盡腦汁,加點新意吸引多點客人。朋友搵左元朗呢間千賀水產試下,新開的放題餐廳,特色有磯燒海鮮食。餐廳都幾爆,香港人喜歡試新野,有特色的幾時都受歡迎點,海鮮拼盤:大蝦,聖子,生蠔,海蜆,扇貝,松葉蟹蓋,大蝦真的好大只,跟指示每邊燒2分30秒,肉質嫩滑濕潤,味道鮮香,啖啖肉,好食,見到隔離台不斷添食,想起2百幾一位,餐廳會唔會虧本呀。扇貝大只飽滿,雖然不是十分的鮮甜,不過依然爽口鮮味。松葉蟹蓋:混合了鮮甜蟹味和蛋香,剛剛燒熟,熱辣辣的,味道十分的香甜鮮味。蘆筍牛肉卷:牛肉味香濃,配上清新爽口的蘆筍,燒到稍稍的焦香,味道口感俱佳。刺身:甜蝦,螺肉,帶子,鮑片,吞拿魚,擺切好普通,不過質素都唔錯,甜蝦雖然比較細只,但味道鮮甜,帶子creamy鮮味,我最喜歡螺肉清甜嫰口帶點爽。天婦羅:每一次食放題,一定會食,這裏有海老,番薯,南瓜,多春魚,冬菇,款式唔算多,海老比較細只但鮮香味濃郁,多春魚幾特別,魚春配上炸粉香鮮有口感。牛肉鍋:日式味道,湯頗香甜,味道濃郁,湯中的蔬菜相當惹味軟淋,好味道。這裏的飲品,甜品,小食都好多,有點眼花繚亂。
