今日食咗銅鑼灣的焱丸水產,好近一蘭拉麵,個愛貓就好似去咗日本嘅居酒屋!日本最鍾意一種食材整幾種食物,今次就有珍貴嘅龍蝦!先用龍蝦頭整咗個湯,非常鮮美!跟住就用龍蝦肉做咗刺身,爽口彈牙又鮮甜,真係估佢唔到啊!之後就上刺身,一人一隻海膽,海膽係活海膽,即叫即劏!三個朋友share左三隻燒帆立貝,揀左3款唔同口味,有蟹膏,三文魚子同海膽。重口味朋友最喜歡蟹膏味道。我就鍾意海膽,比較鮮味。磯燒係專人為我地服務,見到師傅將海產細心烹調,確保新鮮美味又唔會煮得太熟!我最欣賞個大蝦,生熟程度好好,蝦頭有好多膏,加上用鹽調味,非常嘢味。最後食埋個泡菜豚肉煲,男士冇碳水化合物落肚當然叉緊啲,所以最尾都係要來個烏冬,又滑又Q。加埋個啤酒,一日嘅疲勞盡去啊!
