為左慶祝寶寶轉新工,特地到灣仔等佢放工,然後去食他最喜歡的日本菜,試了朋友推介的磯幸。一入餐廳就有吧檯看到師傅為食客準備食物。其他餐檯則以木色為主。Menu各種食品都有,不過選擇不算太多。而每日都會有時令的推介。日本凍蕃茄($78)日本鮮蕃茄稍稍雪至冰凍,咬落有點冰感帶點爽脆,但依然多汁。雪至冰凍後蕃茄味更特出清新。蕃茄底還舖了爽口海帶和微酸的醬汁醋,更是開胃。炸池魚仔($60)將細條而飽滿的池魚仔沾上薄薄炸粉及調味,炸至金黃,外層香口而肉質依然嫩身,而且沒有骨。外層稍為有調味,不過完全不會蓋過池魚本身香味。日本時令魚刺身($220)想食刺身,於是請師傅介紹時令鮮魚。魚味較淡,肉軟但偏多筋位,有點難咬。刺身配上辣的蘿蔔蓉,味道清新很適合淡味的刺身。貝類磯燒($216/2)分別有鮑魚、蠔、象拔蚌仔和北寄貝。個人最喜歡鮑魚,燒過後依然肉軟,軟得完全想像不到是鮑魚的口感,但咬落還有嚼勁。而且用上酒和醬油以更提味,令味道更鮮更甜。蠔食落就比較普通,味道都香濃。象拔相對其他貝類就比較韌一點,不過師傅已經起晒肉,更易入口。北寄貝稍為偏咸,肉質保持彈牙。北海道活帆立貝($96/2)好厚身好大隻,用上

蟹肉釜飯($128)
