聽講灣仔有一間幾出色嘅日本菜,就同朋友試一試。餐牌選擇有好多,不過朋友就比較鍾意食海鮮或者雞肉等等嘅食物,所以都遷就佢叫以下幾款食品。燒魷魚🦑係第一款食品,亦都係小食,燒得好乾但係唔會太硬,食得出燒烤香味同埋魷魚散發嘅味道,點沙律醬係唔錯嘅選擇。松葉蟹腳就比較矜貴,平時喺其他地方好少食到,真係要高級小小嘅日本菜先有得食。餐廳已經一早幫手整到靚靚囝囝,用少少工具好快就可以將舊肉連根拔起,味道鮮甜無比,質感亦非常鬆軟。睇落好似大蜆有一個特別嘅名稱, 叫做「月亮亮」都幾有海水鮮味,口感彈牙而且新鮮,不需要加太多調味,師傅的燒烤手勢已經能夠帶出其香味。免治雞肉配上特製醬汁有少少鹹香,口感都食得出係雞肉而且有多重口感,加埋隔離嘅蛋黃食就更加有質感,比較有黏性,亦豐富其香味。雞肉斧飯啲飯比較林,分量十足,雞肉亦都冇骨,食埋呢個就已經飽曬。.
