上次係另一間分店食過,好正,今次來旺角店食,D肉水準依然。我覺得最好食是磚頭五花腩,只要舊肉生鮮,就算不用醃,單是以中火去燒,加上我自家熨斗功,我從不架手於人,原來燒烤都係一種樂趣,厚豬腩肉,豬皮位燒到充膠質,用熨斗陰力壓下,過多油傷份擠出,肉焦香,豬油僅僅蓋在肉面,肉汁封在裏面,肉在舌到是如此如比香,肉成為美味的化境,你只想不停食豬腩肉,豬腩肉美味真是如此幸福! 雪花牛也好吃,中火一燒,油傾出,我呢款不用熨斗燒,入口牛味充斥味蕾,牛肋條有骨肉,有咬口,牛味淡淡滲出,但醃過,好惹味。生菜大大塊,好新鮮,但我食韓通常唔㚒生菜,我食靚肉係唔會夾野,又唔㸃醬,我覺原汁原味最好食啊! 無飯落肚,叫在抵食自暴自棄即成麵,有隻荷包蛋,腸仔,韓國即食麵撈咗芝士汁,芝士恰到好處沾到每條麵上,麵好彈牙,食埋隻消魂蛋,好好食,邊個話食即食麵係自暴自棄呢?我話呢碟麵是為明天加油呀! 韓國烤肉,你是我生活的動力,食素我會死。

雪花牛也好吃,中火一燒,油傾出,我呢款不用熨斗燒,入口牛味充斥味蕾,牛肋條有骨肉,有咬口,牛味淡淡滲出,但醃過,好惹味。生菜大大塊,好新鮮,但我食韓通常唔㚒生菜,我食靚肉係唔會夾野,又唔㸃醬,我覺原汁原味最好食啊!
