咖啡雜誌《啡聞》團隊所開設嘅咖啡店,採用本地烘焙嘅咖啡豆。小店位於磅巷,離黨鐵站約10分鐘路程,環境相對清靜,我地仲好彩坐到好啱影相嘅門口位,不過平日lunch time都要等一兩張枱。店家十月已經換左house blend,我呢餐嘅咖啡仲係blend 1,難得有一間食物同咖啡都算唔錯,所以遲左都照出post畀大家參考下。🍽黑松露牛肝菌意粉 Porcini and Mixed Mushroom Spaghetti ($118)牛肝菌嘅香氣好出,雜菌份量多,意粉炒得較濕。🍽牛油果醬配酸種麵包 Smashed Avocado on Toast with Heirloom Tomatoes ($88)酸種麵包薄身,包身偏軟,酸味明顯。牛油果熟透,雖然話係牛油果醬,但唔係壓成蓉,保留返啲口感,三色茄除左令賣相更美觀,亦可增添酸甜味,最特別係用左埃及香料杜卡(Dukkah)榛果。🍽Cold Brew ($50)帶啲西柚同橘香,感覺清爽,個人幾鍾意。🍽Flat White ($45)朋友點嘅,佢覺得奶啡都唔錯。餐牌:
